They never even showed up at closing. Over priced my house to get listing and drop the price by 40K a month later, then suggest I take 40k less offer just to sell it. What do they care, they get paid the same amount either way.

The property was inherited through the recent passing of my mother. My brother and I encountered several businesses during the process of disposing of her assets and this was by far the most positive and professional of them all. The agent is experienced and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated her friendly and honest manner. She maintained the proper amount of communication throughout the process and did everything necessary to make this long distance transaction proceed as smooth and seamless as possible. I would highly recommend Ms. Rember to anyone needing assistance with selling real estate.
