We opted to go for a different realtor, but we were not happy with Heidi’s service as first time home buyers. She included none of our contingencies we requested and pressured us to sign as quickly as possible, and refused to add specific contingencies that would’ve gotten an offer. We went to another realtor and had no issues with the contingencies we requested. Heidi seems to be a lot more for sellers than she is her buyers, even when she isn’t representing them.

Heidi communicated very well with us. We were not only buying a new home, but needed to sell our present home. We had a lot of questions regarding the sales and what was all involved. Heidi answered all of our questions with professional knowledge. She also understood the emotional side of selling the home we had lived in for more than 30 years. This was a very good experience all around.

Heidi worked diligently to sell this property and others for me. I don't live in the general area and know many realtors near my home but instead choose Heidi and her team and would do so in the future. Based on past experiences and prior contacts there was no question in my mind that I had the best!
