Heather was excellent to work with. As first-time homebuyers with many questions, Heather never hesitated to help us understand the process, coach us through creating offers that felt comfortable for us in a very competitive market, and send us newly listed homes that looked promising. When we had questions about properties we were interested in, she dug and dug until she uncovered some documentation to answer them. Heather offered support without being pushy, and insights about trouble areas on homes that we never would have known without her help. We can't recommend her enough!

Heather was extremely knowledgeable both on local knowledge and construction knowledge. We felt confident she could spot anything we should know about with properties inside and out. She was quick to figure out our interests and preferences, even before we knew what we wanted. She was helpful guiding us through the negotiation in a hot market.
