Charlotte makes the home selling/buying process very easy. This was our second time working with Charlotte, and she was on point with all of the paperwork, scheduling photography/video, and simplifying the home showing process. Only had to show the home over the weekend and had a slew of offers to choose from. Charlotte of course helped us understand the pros and cons of each offer. When it came time to buy, she was there every step of the way, just like the first time! Thank you Charlotte!

I must state that Mrs. Charlotte Pellechia is an outstanding Real Estate Agent! I found her assistance with helping us to sell our old home and then finding and purchasing our new home to be invaluable. Charlotte was consistently readily available to help us whenever we needed her support. She was always friendly, patient and professional. Also, she was an excellent advocate in terms of looking after our best interest.

I could not have been happier working with Charlotte to purchase my first home.
