Charlotte makes the home selling/buying process very easy. This was our second time working with Charlotte, and she was on point with all of the paperwork, scheduling photography/video, and simplifying the home showing process. Only had to show the home over the weekend and had a slew of offers to choose from. Charlotte of course helped us understand the pros and cons of each offer.
