When my wife and I decided that we were ready to sell our house in Westminster, we knew just the guy to turn to. We had such a positive buying experience using Nick as our real estate agent (he was referred to us by my sister who also used him to buy their house) we knew that he was the one we wanted to sell our house as well. Being first time home sellers, we were pretty clueless on the entire process. During our first meeting Nick laid everything out for us very simply and informatively. He made us feel confident and comfortable with everything. He put us in the drivers seat and allowed us to make the decisions that felt right to us, which was easy to do after hearing all of the background work and research he had done. With the market always changing we weren’t certain if/when our house would sell. Again, Nick made us feel confident that we had a good product and that he could market the home well with his social media presence and connections in the real estate world. Nick worked with us to make a timeline that fit our schedule and put real dates on what he wanted to get accomplished. He met everyone one of those self imposed deadlines and was always happy to answer a 9pm text or phone call from his worried clients. Nick made an amazing video of the home which really helped get eyes on us and even had agents calling him for showings before our house went live on the market. Nick helped us navigate multiple offers and again made us feel confident in the decision we made. He was always willing to share his wealth of knowledge but never felt pushy. We sold our house for $30k over ask and he worked a deal that we were happy with and the buyers were happy with. I would recommend Nick in a heartbeat to anyone, buying or selling. He is not only a friendly and knowledgeable agent, but a great guy. He makes first time home buyers and sellers feel like they know what they’re doing. He truly wants what is best for his clients and is never pushy or high pressure. We would use him as our agent without a second thought. Thank you Nick!

I was given Nick's information from a family friend; I contacted Nick and got right back to me. I was trying to sell my mother's home in a retirement village with ground rent. Nick did his homework and right away we had my mom's home listed. Nick was with us every step of the process from walk through, to the inspection. We had a mold issue and Nick helped with mold remediation process and assisted me with making a homeowners claim. I would highly recommend Nicholas Keller for listing and selling a home, he's highly professional and a dedicated person.

When my husband and I started the home buying process, we were hoping to find a home within a few months due to a short timeline left on our apartment lease. We were hoping to find a home in our desired location, be close to work, and also be close to both of our families while staying within our budget. We were truly unsure in the beginning if we could get all of these items checked off of our list. However, Nick made all of these things happen with ease. Nick helped us find as many homes in the area as possible that were in our price range and met our needs. Nick was also very flexible throughout the home buying process and was willing to accommodate taking us to an open house at any day and time that we requested. Nick helped us work through numerous scenarios to ultimately secure our house in a highly competitive situation! Nick also assisted us with navigating the inspection/ appraisal process every step of the way. Nick was very easy to work with as a first time home buyer and guided us through the process seamlessly. We cannot recommend Nick Kellar from VYBE Realty enough, he is truly the best!!

I owned my house for over 22 years, so I was not experienced in buying or selling homes. I wasn’t sure what I could sell my house for, what I needed to fix or repair, or how to get the selling process started. Nick met me at my house and was able to show me how much my house was worth, and what he thought needed to be addressed in order to sell it. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in the plan he put together. Ultimately, I never even had to list my house. Nick found a buyer “off-market” for the price that I was asking for and he was able to get the house sold quickly with no issues. In terms of purchasing my new home, Nick was very good at negotiating the sale price and terms of the sale and probably saved me at least $20,000. There are many things to think about when buying and selling, such as appraisal values, agent commissions, transfer taxes, and inspections. Nick was able to explain all these things very well and use them advantageously for both the purchase of my new home and sale of my existing home. I would highly recommend Nick because he is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, good at negotiating with other agents, and has an easy-going personality. He makes the process stress free while providing great advice for both selling and buying homes. Nick always went out of his way to meet us whenever and wherever we needed him. 5 stars!

This past spring, I found my housing situation in flux, and I knew at my stage of life, I wanted to buy a home and build equity rather than renting. I had purchased real estate before, but never under the circumstances I was facing. I had a short timeline and a small budget, so the challenge was finding something that would meet my needs without overextending myself. Nick was great about sending me listings that were a potential fit for my criteria and getting me out to showings. He helped me really analyze the various properties we looked at and weigh the pros and cons given the list price and location. A few times, we had to pivot due to properties going under contract before I could see them, but we kept at it. Eventually, we found a property that would work for me and met my criteria. There were some challenges with the inspections that we needed to navigate, and again Nick was very patient in walking me through that process and helping shepherd things along. He helped me put together a solid offer, and I wound up being able to acquire the property for under list price despite a competitive situation. I would recommend Nick and his services to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the markets he serves. He works tirelessly for his clients, is great at communication and follow-up, and he helped me find a lender and title company that made getting a mortgage and settlement seamless.
