Nate did an outstanding job on both the buy and sell side for me. He was thorough, intricate, knowledgeable, and very communicative. I never felt lost in the process and could comfortably let Nate lead everything. When it came to purchasing my new home, he listened to my wants and needs and found me the perfect place. He had great connections with lawyers and lenders which made the process even smoother. This was a huge move for me and could have been really stressful. I was looking for my new forever home and closing a long chapter in Chicago, but Nate was with me every step of the way and I knew I could count on him. I would definitely recommend Nate as my realtor and will continue to use him for my buying and selling needs.

Hire Nate immediately! Nate was an outstanding, knowledgable, and friendly agent. He was well versed in the market, neighborhoods and industry. Any requests I had were met, any questions I had were answered, and if I requested an opinion, I was met with honesty and integrity. He worked with my schedule, made sure we were able to visit several properties at a time and was prepared at each location.

Gio made the whole process so seamless. We are first time buyers and also immigrants which means a limited network to rely on to ask questions about the whole process. Gio guided us through, linked us with his dream team (everyone from the lender to the inspector to the attorney was a dream to work with) and we now own a beautiful property. It was so low stress we wondered why we didn’t do it sooner! Would recommend Gio and his team to everyone.

Gio did a wonderful job in helping me find & purchase my first condo. He made what could be an overwhelming process for a first time homebuyer not as stressful with his vast knowledge of the market and trends in available inventory. He was always checking in and offering help during the final steps of the close process, and was a great source of information whenever I had a question. Couldn't have been happier with my experience!
