Josh went well above our expectations. We started out with looking at land and building a custom home and he recommended 3 builders that fit our needs. We interviewed the builders but could not locate the correct land. We then started looking for homes in several areas of Prescott and made offers on a few. We then found a piece of land and made an offer and closed witin 3 weeks. We can now start our forever home. Josh always kepted in touch and was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend him to everyone.

My wife and I started looking at homes in Prescott, and Julie Marquardt was recommended to us by my sister, which had several positive home buying/selling experiences with Julie. Julie’s expertise in the Prescott market was evident from our first meeting. She found out about our desire for a home and set up some filters for us to start seeing some interesting offerings in Prescott and surrounding areas. Since we were from San Diego, we had a difficult time getting to all the different things required for home buyers to do, so Julie even helped with that, scheduling and being present for various things we couldn’t make or helping us schedule them so we could be there when it really counted. All through the sales process, she was there for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julie. Her dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how she went out of her way to accommodate our needs and provided honest advice on property values.

Mark was persistent and efficient and and knowledgeable. He was always available annd easy to work with. I would consider him when selling my current home. It would be my pleasure to gladly recommend him to others. He made the whole home buying process much less stressful than it normally would be.

Josh was amazing to work with. He was very responsive without being "pushy". He followed up exactly at the time we talked about and put in the extra effort. He made himself available based on my family's schedule (which I appreciated very much). Even after closing, he has followed up to make sure everything has gone smoothly and to see if there's anything I need. Not just once either! Josh is very knowledgeable and is genuinely a nice guy. I highly recommend him as your realtor.

We visited Prescott in 2020, and loved the area. We wanted less heat than Phoenix, four seasons, trees, and a small town feel. And our needs were very specific: One story, 2400-2800 sq ft, and privacy. Three years later we decided to go for it. On a Friday night we found a home we liked via an online search, and requested more information. In a matter of minutes we received a call from the brokerage office, and the next morning Angela reached out to us. We didn't know Angela at all, but trusted that God would put us with the right person. And we are confident He did. Soon after, we visited several homes with Angela, ultimately making an offer on one. That contingent deal fell through because our Phoenix home didn't sell in a timely manner. For for the next 5 months we continued to show our home, watch the Prescott listings, and do our best to remain hopeful. During this time, Angela was constantly encouraging, enthusiastic, and optimistic. Every week she would check in with us to see how our showings were going, and discuss any Prescott homes we were interested in. When you're hoping to move, and your house doesn't sell for months, you need all the encouragement you can get. And Angela excelled in this way. She didn't give up on us or our dream. One Saturday night in early September, we got a full price offer out of the blue. We texted Angela and said "are you ready to start looking at homes?" "Heck ya!" was her reply. And the next day we drove up, found a home we wanted, and that night Angela submitted our offer. A month later we moved in. Boom! Angela became our friend during this process, and that's a beautiful benefit. We can enthusiastically recommend her to anyone needing to sell or buy a home. Thank you, Angela!
