Delaney did an outstanding job in helping us sell the home. She provided similar properties within the market to determine the sales price. She worked with the staging company, landscaper and power washing company and provided daily updates and gave us the next steps. She was proactive with the settlement company to make sure it went as scheduled. She made the whole process easy.

Delaney walked us through the homebuying process step by step and was so helpful in explaining the process and listening to our concerns. She advocated for us, was our biggest cheerleader, and ultimately helped us find our forever home. She was always in communication with us to keep us up to date on everything that was going on in our home buying journey from start to finish. My wife and I recently had the wonderful opportunity of working with Tannar on the sale of our home.
