Delaney walked us through the homebuying process step by step and was so helpful in explaining the process and listening to our concerns. She advocated for us, was our biggest cheerleader, and ultimately helped us find our forever home. She was always in communication with us to keep us up to date on everything that was going on in our home buying journey from start to finish. It is evident that Delaney truly cares about her clients and is passionate about her profession. We could not have done this without her and cannot recommend her enough!

My wife and I recently had the wonderful opportunity of working with Tannar on the sale of our home. From the very beginning, Tannar was nothing short of professional, attentive, hardworking and responsive. Prior to selling our home, my family and I relocated 2 hours away, leaving very minimal time for myself to return to work on my home to ready it for sale. For the second time within 4 months Gail has done a truly outstanding job in bringing two of our properties to settlement. Selling properties to first-time Maryland homebuyers in both cases required Gail to navigate the complexities the arose--closing help, home inspection issues--no worries for Gail 's guidance brought both seller and buyer to the settlement table in amicable fashion. Her sage advice on handling obstacles, which invariably pop-up is invaluable. Gail is a credit to her profession.

Tannar was truly the best throughout the process of buying my first home! She went above and beyond my expectations and made herself available at all times. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and is so enthusiastic about her job! She was so fun to work with and made the homebuying process as stress-free as possible.
