Frank did an amazing job. I am so grateful to him. We were selling my parents’ home, also my childhood home. It was very difficult, but Frank was extremely responsive, helpful and professional. He made a very hard task manageable. We interviewed a total of four real estate agents and chose Frank. I am extremely grateful that we did.

Frank is very good realtor agent. He has his great knowledge and patience. Thanks very much to help us to sell our home! In the future, I will need Frank to help me to Gruyère the house in Pasadena, Duarte, south Pasadena or Monrovia.

Frank is very knowledgeable of the area and was very patient with my father in law. He brought us really good offers and above the asking price. He sure had quite a few to pick from. I would use Frank again and definitely recommend him to friends and family

Frank helped me with a trust sale for my uncle. I do not live in the area. Frank was super knowledgeable about the Rosemead area and did a great job marketing the property. The photos were fantastic. The home sold in less than a week for well over asking price. I would absolutely recommend Frank. I am grateful for him making this transaction run so smoothly.

Frank had worked with my parents' as their primary real estate agent and strongly recommended me to him for my first home purchase! You will immediately notice that Frank is jovial, kind, patient, and an active listener. If I had any questions, he would allow me to thoroughly voice my concerns to then offer really insightful suggestions/tips. He took me to several open houses and always provided a printout detailing the specs of the listing. Any type of information that we would need to know beforehand about a home, he would transparently share. We would have prompt and informative check-in's on status updates, next steps and even friendly reminders (keeping me on diligent on pending tasks and important documents to sustain a smooth-flowing closing)! There was only a slight hiccup between escrow and home insurance where Frank went above and beyond to even visit the escrow office to determine what was needed to be resolved. This is the type of care, dedication, and attention necessary, minimizing the fear in a process that had appeared daunting to me for years. I am truly blessed to have had him as my agent. Though kind and patient, do not underestimate his vigor and expertise! He knows what he's doing. My dad stated one night, "I trust Frank." And quite honestly, his professionalism and developed sense of character innately activates this deep sense of trust - that you are in the best hands. 5 stars is not even be enough to describe how happy, impressed, and thankful I am to have Frank as my agent. The family tradition will definitely live on with Frank as our one and only agent.
