    The WORST relator I have ever worked with. I would NOT recommend him to my worst nightmare. Do yourself a favor and use a different realtor. Even if he is your only option do not use him. Communication with this broker is not existence. It would be nice to at least have him answer the phone when you’re trying to sell a house. Was also told he is to busy to answer silly questions. Very unprofessional.

    We live in Ohio and were selling a property in Florida. Frank made this process extremely easy. We did not have to go to Florida and we feel we received a very fair price. If in the future we have real estate needs, we will definitely reach out to Frank.

    Frank took the time to meet with us, review our area analysis, we had a unique set up with comps being difficult to find (according to other agents). Frank managed to find some as well as steer us in the right direction regarding what to price the home etc. He did everything he said he would do and more. He did the matterport 3D done in a timely manner and by the time the house "officially" listed we had a buyer who saw the matterport in Colorado. Frank is experienced and knowledgeable! We made the right choice!

    Frank did a great job for us! I would highly recommend him if you are selling or buying property! He keep us informed! He has many customers waiting to buy! We had 3 contracts before the home was sold and he had another contract signed within a week of one falling through!

    Frank is knowledgeable and experienced. I found my condo on Zillow, but with the pandemic and me being 900 miles away, I ended up purchasing sight unseen. Frank guided my bid ; he knows the market. Frank took care of everything; he even toured the unit with me using FaceTime. He facilitated the interaction with the title company, ensuring I had every step completed . This was my easiest real estate purchase. Thanks Frank.
