The experience is so white glove you actually enjoy the process. Removing the stress and anxiety that can go along with buying or selling, what can be, your largest asset. They don’t come better than Erika and Elena – they know the market, they know their client, and they know how to advocate. Having been recommended to them by a friend in 2015, I have just concluded my third transaction with them – once as a buyer and twice as a seller. Each time I think my experience could not be better, but somehow it is! Their attention to every detail is remarkable, their honesty and integrity is without question, and their responsiveness is first rate. They somehow manage to minimize the stress in a real estate transaction. Where to begin...Lia was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly professional and kind, and went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. If she didn't know the answer, she was immediately finding someone who did. When we came to her with a list of houses to check out, she had several more ready to go in case we couldn't see them or they didn't turn out to be of interest to us. Lia was never pushy and worked with us within the parameters we set; she let us work at our own pace, which was greatly appreciated. She obviously knows and loves the area. I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed having her as our agent! Once we move in and get established, she'll be invited to dinner!
