Eric was our agent when we bought our first home. We cannot speak highly enough of him. We had a very hard process buying a home due to our lender, and with him there to negotiate and help us through the process it was much easier. He not only helped us through the first home buying process, he helped us to get a great deal and negotiate on repairs that were needed. He is professional, knowledgeable, and we will be recommending him to all of our friends when they begin buying homes. After a long couple of months I FINALLY closed on my town home yesterday. Eric was great... responsive whenever I emailed/texted him. There were lots of bumps in the road... to the point where the house ended up going back on the market, and I was devastated... but Eric got me under contract again! He really works for you! I HIGHLY recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a home. Thanks again Eric for getting my little one Jackson and I a new home. Time to start renovating!

My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions. Though I know he was working with other people besides us at the same time, he still made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a new home.
