I have never met, talked, and worked with a realtor as amazing as Eric was. We were trying to sell a home while living 5 hrs away and Eric went above and beyond assisting us with making it happen, offering suggestions, and generally making himself available to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process!

Eric Banks was an excellent realtor. He stuck with us for over a year to help us find a home. I would recommend him because he always gave us good advise. It seemed he was never in it just for the sale but was genuinely there to help us find something that would suit our family's needs. He was always readily available to show us a house we wanted to look at within a days time. Truly a great realtor!

Eric Banks is a true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the Real Estate business. He is a real go getter and never leaves you wondering what the next step is. He always responds to every contact you make with him right away. He leads you through the process with ease, and sure makes the stress of buying or selling a house is a whole lot less anxiety provoking. I will recommend Eric to every one I know who is buying or selling a house. He has true integrity and wants you to be happy with the end result.

Eric was always very helpful and pleasant. This was my first time in selling my mother's home, so I had lots of questions as to the procedure. Eric was very patient and explained every question in detail. He met with us several times at the house and was always on time and right to the point. He discussed step by step what we had to do. I never felt that I was left in the dark about any detail. Eric helped our oldest son sell his home and buy a different home. He came highly recommended by our son. I would certainly recommend Eric to anyone. He is a very professional person.
