Angela was wonderful !! My husband and I spent quite a bit of time with her ! She searched and worked quite hard on finding us a good match - once we found the new home Angela then handle the sale of our home . From start to finish Angela was the best ! I cannot recommend Kandice highly enough. I chose her because of her calm demeanor—and in the absolute chaos of moving internationally, I truly would not have been able to function with anyone else. Other realtors we interviewed insisted we redo the entire house with new carpets and paint. Kandice, however, gave us clear, practical advice: a few touch-ups, a professional carpet cleaning, and staging for photos. She arranged all the photo prep and photography seamlessly. She was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer texts, and set firm boundaries with other realtors—making sure we knew our rights, including asking agents to leave if they stayed beyond the agreed half-hour.
