Liz and team are extraordinary! Having navigated the market several times now I would highly recommend going with Liz and her team. They first helped my wife and I when we were buying our first home, and are incredibly supportive in navigating a holistic approach to buying. They helped us think through our budget, advocated for requests and needs, and connected us to a wide variety of resources. She was quite knowledgable and kind. She listened to our thoughts an put them into the process of the housea sale. She makes herself available as much as is possible by text or phone. She even took a phone call when she was on vacation. I would definitely work with her again. She has become more than just a realtor, she is our friend.

Liz and Dave got the ball rolling with the sale of my home so quickly! They gave sound advice, explained every step, and like a well oiled machine, they professionally handled everything. We received 3 offers in the first four days!!! Would definately use the Goodchild Team again.
