Liz and team are extraordinary! Having navigated the market several times now I would highly recommend going with Liz and her team. She was quite knowledgable and kind. She listened to our thoughts an put them into the process of the housea sale. She makes herself available as much as is possible by text or phone. She even took a phone call when she was on vacation. I would definitely work with her again. She has become more than just a realtor, she is our friend.

Liz and Dave got the ball rolling with the sale of my home so quickly! They gave sound advice, explained every step, and like a well oiled machine, they professionally handled everything. We received 3 offers in the first four days!!! Would definately use the Goodchild Team again.

My sister and I were tasked with selling our mother's home after she passed. We were so relieved to receive amazing consideration and attention from Dave and Elizabeth. The advice they offered came from their obvious experiences and successes. They provided every pricing option to us, based on an honest evaluation of similar homes in the area, and the condition of the house. Complete transparency. The house sold almost immediately - without ever officially being listed! We are pleased and so very grateful for the guidance provided by Dave and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate. She is extremely educated in this field and it was apparent when working with her. Elizabeth is a no nonsense broker and wasted no time in selling my mothers condo at the asking price.
