Liz was recommended to me and I'm so happy she was. She made the entire process fun and stress free. Her attention to detail was incredible in every house we looked at from types of windows to heating and cooling units to things that I never would have noticed. She was always available when I had questions during the entire home buying process.

Elizabeth was a fantastic buying and selling agent. We used her for both a purchase and a sale. To be honest she treated us like family. Always available and always genuine. She provided spectacular guidance throughout the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable. Even more impressive is her willingness to go above and beyond in order to get a deal to closing. Motivated and enthusiastic. Patient and a voice of reason. I’m truly not sure how we would have gotten through it all without her. Liz is an experienced and professional broker. She is personable, easy to work with, responsive to requests, and interacts well with clients and other professionals. Our home is unique and therefore, took a while to sell. During that time, Liz was positive and energetic about bringing in prospects. We would highly recommend her.

Elizabeth worked with us for over 4 years during the height of the pandemic and then the housing boom. We started out looking at condos and townhouses in a lower price range. She helped us work through our needs and wants and develop a mindset of what was going to work best for us. Over the 4 years we were able to save and our focus changed to moderate sized single family homes and our market moved to a location closer to family and work. Liz was able to help us transition flawlessly and allow us to really fine tune what would and would not work in this new climate. She was always extremely honest and would try to show us options to customize homes to fit our needs if it wasn't perfect as seen. Eventually we looked at a home that seemed like a good option but felt out of reach. Liz had such a good understanding of us and our life goals and knew that this was the one even though I couldn't quite see it at the time. She pushed us (in a good way) to see all sides of the situation and did everything she could to make the deal happen and we couldn't be more grateful for this! As first time homebuyers she guided us through the entire process and explained everything at every step of the way. She was diligent and thorough and helped try to protect our interest in the current market that highly favors sellers. We were able to close 2 days before Thanksgiving and just got to spend Christmas in our new home! Liz is most certainly "one of the good ones" and will ALWAYS have her clients best interests in mind. You can tell she truly loves what she does.
