I have worked with Eddie in a few projects already. He knows very well the area of Washington County, he has very good expertise and experience in the most variable situations inside the real estate business, from personal home to investing, short sales or foreclosure. He has a good team behind him and helped me to do the buying/saling without headache, they take care of the details of the business for you! He's a great person too! He's not pushy at all, he makes you feel comfortable. He's a dedicated father and family oriented person. We got to play tennis together and he is honest in the calls even when he's upset! Great guy! Eddie is very professional and an expert in determining if a house is sound needing only minor cosmetic repairs. He is honest and I believed him totally. He knows the market and worked diligently to find the right home for me.

Eddie Jefferson listed and sold our Potomac, MD home in exactly 2 weeks. During that time he took us house hunting and with his help we found a beautiful 13 acre farm and property. He was very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process. He always answered the questions we had with patience. It was so nice to have the same realtor sell our one home and find a new home for us. That made the whole buying / selling of both homes so much easier. Eddie is kind , soft - spoken , and not " pushy". He always took us to a home and let us look around but never offered his opinion until we asked. He was there for us but quietly in the background as we walked around. My husband and I would definitely recommend Eddie as a very qualified realtor and nice man !

Eddie was great to work with. He was Professional, knowledgable and has a great personality. A very likable guy. Eddie presented our offer to the sellers which I why they chose us over the other multiple offers on the house. We settled within 30 days and moved into our dream home and neighborhood. We couldn't be happier.
