Drew did an excellent job in selling our home. I am a retired real estate broker and I chose Drew to represent me because of my knowledge of his outstanding skills and outstanding reputation and integrity. He was most responsive during the entire transaction. Drew recognized the outstanding quality of my home and priced it accordingly. The marketing was limited to four days and had 69 appointments and 9 agreements in 4 days. An unbelievable achievement but it really happened. Obviously, he is a marketing genius.

Drew was the ONLY choice when it came to deciding on a realtor. His expertise, personality, and willingness to assist made our decision easy and comforting. Our home sold almost immediately due to the care that went into the description and photographs. Drew and Shana took the utmost responsibility when it came to the smallest detail. I cannot begin to say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Drew and Shana from REMAX Total. This is my 5th transaction with Drew, going back to 2006, which really says it all about my relationship with this team. I purchased my new home with Drew in July, and listed my previous home in August. 30 days later we were closed and sold above asking. They handled it all – staging, pictures, videos, negotiations, online doc prep, wire transfers…everything. Even after all of that, Drew attended the closing on my behalf to allow me time to settle into my new home. As a member of their five timers club, I highly recommend Drew & Shana. They give you the step-by-step on how to sell your home playbook, all you need to do is follow it. Wonderful 5-star experience.

Throughout my life I have met a lot of people, some good, some not so good ??. It's rare these days to meet a true old school professional with integrity and grit. Drew Ferrara is truly one of the good guys. If I told you Drew showed my wife and I a couple dozen houses over the past few years, I would not be exaggerating. He has been more than patient with our search for the perfect next home. He saw us through 3 failed attempts to buy in this insane market and kept a positive attitude the whole time. He'd say "it just wasn't meant to be" and he was right. There were times we'd get frustrated and be willing to settle on less than we wanted and Drew would say "this isn't what you really want" and get us to take a step back to reality. He'd point out the good, the bad and the ugly of every house he showed us, he'd never glaze over anything. I could literally write a novel of our home search and the relationship with Drew, that has grown into a friendship. Drew recently and quickly sold our home and probably set a record in our neighborhood. The precursor to this sale was helping us successfully purchase our new home, a home that ticked more boxes than any other we've seen before. Drew and Shana Lauren Tomasulo made a series of large, difficult transactions a walk in the park and we are grateful to them and their whole team.
