I really enjoyed working with Jordan on my first home purchase. He simplified the whole process making it a more enjoyable experience. He understood my wants and needs throughout the process saving us valuable time which was great with my busy schedule. He let me take the lead in the decision process, I did not feel pressured at all. His advice was always for my benefit. Jordan was very responsive. We would meet once a week to look at homes but he would still contact me on his downtime when he was in the area to see if I could squeeze something in or had any questions or concerns. When I did close on a home the deal I got was better than I was expecting thanks to his experience and expertise. Overall I had a great experience with Jordan and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. Thanks again Jordan.

We are so thankful to have connected with Jordan! He stuck with us for nearly a year looking to find the perfect home for us! And we did! He had us a showing the day it listed and offer submitted quickly! He was always right there when we had any questions, which as first time buyers, we had alot! He worked seamlessly with the mortgage team, inspector, title company, & insurance company. The entire process was so streamlined, we were never left wondering what was happening next! He prepared us every step of the way! I would 1000% recommend him if you are looking for a realtor who knows what they are doing and is working FOR YOU! He is great!

I would recommend Destiny to anybody looking to buy their first home. This woman has the patience of a saint, remaining calm no matter how many times I asked her to explain something, or changed my mind, and dealt with the frustrations that come with trying to find a home. She was fast to point out small issues that could become big issues and kept me from wasting my time looking at houses that wouldn’t pass an inspection.

I purchased a townhouse as a foreign buyer, and Destiny Hill was my agent. She handled everything with professionalism and responsiveness. Even though the closing process was done remotely while I was outside the USA, her support and prompt communication made the experience smooth and highly appreciated.

I feel very lucky to have worked with Jordan on my first home purchase. Jordan's expertise on the area was so helpful since I was relocating. He helped to guide me in the right direction and was always available to answer my questions. Jordan had my best interest at heart through the entire process and fought to get me the best deal possible. He has extensive knowledge of properties and the housing market and as a bonus he is an all around good human. If you are looking for an agent in the area, Jordan should be your first choice. I was on a tight budget and my process of finding a home took some time but Jordan never gave up on me. I am so happy with the end result and would not want to work with anyone else.
