Desiree throughout the entire process has been great to work with. She has always been able to answer any questions and was willing to find things out if she was not sure. Desiree is so professional and deserves your business because she will not disappoint. Through every step Desiree is there. The first home we were thinking about did not work out but she continued to motivate us through the struggle. And we closed on our house. I'm sure other reality options are okay but Desiree is on point with everything, her team with help you through the process and Desiree is hands on. Highly recommended. Hands down.

Desiree helped our family buy a house. We were picky and very specific with the location of the home, which didn’t make it easy. Nonetheless, She never lost hope or gave up unlike my husband and I. Dealing with Desiree Barton’s property management has been an absolute nightmare. Coming from out of the country, we were already under stress, but had to rush to meet her unreasonable demands. From the very beginning, her approach was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of our concerns. We tried to address the issues as they arose, but her lack of communication and disrespect made everything much harder than it should have been. One of the most frustrating aspects was the checkout process. We were provided with a five-page list of tasks to complete before moving out, many of which were excessive and unreasonable. Despite following the checklist to the letter, we still lost our deposit, which felt completely unfair and unnecessary. The list was overwhelming and served as a barrier to an already stressful situation, leading to frustration and resentment. Additionally, there were numerous maintenance issues that were either ignored or poorly handled. We were left without water for several days while Desiree took her time "shopping for a bid" on a new water heater. This unnecessary delay caused us considerable inconvenience, especially in a rental property that should have been properly maintained. Similarly, when the air conditioning unit malfunctioned due to short cycling, it took weeks for the issue to be resolved. During this time, we had to endure uncomfortable temperatures, which was entirely unacceptable for the cost of the rent we paid.. Another infuriating issue was that tenants were expected to handle tasks that should have been the responsibility of the property owner or management. For example, we were asked to rake rocks from the yard, a chore that should have been taken care of by Desiree or the property owner. This added to the growing list of unreasonable expectations and further highlighted the lack of proper management. To make matters worse, we were falsely accused of parking on neighboring properties, and on several occasions, the homeowners association came by searching for either the property owner or Desiree herself. Neither was available to address these concerns, and the lack of response only compounded the frustration. In summary, Desiree Barton’s property management services were nothing short of disastrous. Her rude and unprofessional attitude, combined with her neglectful approach to property maintenance, made our experience far more stressful than it ever should have been. If it weren’t for our initial agreement with Intel to cover the rent, we would have left much sooner. Unfortunately, she was our last resort, and we had no choice but to endure her incompetence. I strongly advise against using her services. Her lack of communication, unreasonable demands, and disregard for tenant needs make her an unreliable and frustrating property manager.
