Selling a home can certainly be stressful, especially in unpredictable markets. Without a doubt we made the right decision in selecting Denise as our listing agent because she made it her mission to reduce our stress as much as possible. She was professional and dedicated to making sure our listing was accurate and was accompanied by beautiful high quality photos. She always made herself available to answer our calls, texts or emails. Driven by data, she used reports to help guide us in pricing, and how and when to list our homes for sale. Her follow up with buyer’s agents was consistent and timely. She was right there with us through closing and during our rent back period. One thing that seems to set Denise apart from other agents is how personable and easy it was to communicate with her. She was always honest with us and knew how important it was for us to keep our pricing and timeline realistic. And when our stress level started to increase because the process of showing and selling a home can be challenging, she always had a way of calming our uncertainties and remaining optimistic. My husband and I would hire Denise in a heartbeat if we were to ever buy or sell a home again in the Tampa area.

Denise and Alyssa did an amazing job helping me buy my first house. They worked with me through all the hiccups, starts, and stops. Denise was wonderful in providing honest information, not showing me homes that wouldn't meet my needs, and finding me something well in my budget. She set up my inspections and even recommended a mortgage lender that moved very quickly, where as the one I had initially moved and responded slowly, which could have lost me the house. Buying a house is always going to be stressful but Denise made it the best possible experience. I love my new home.
