When I first met Debbie, she was the listing agent on a condo that I was interested in purchasing. I was immediately impressed by Debbie's professionalism and dedication to making sure everything went smoothly in the transaction in helping me purchase this condo. She was extremely responsive and helpful in every way and made this real estate purchase easy for me as the buyer. About a year later, I decided to rent out this condo and once again called upon Debbie Lang to list and rent this unit for me. Debbie seamlessly had the unit under a lease contract within 7 days with an excellent tenant handling all the paperwork effortlessly. I recently referred Debbie Lang to my brother who also had a condo for rent. Debbie once again, had a lease in place for him within 1 week with excellent tenants. As my wife and I were looking to start the process of buying our first home, we were lucky to have been introduced to Debbie through a family recommendation. As we were new to this process, we knew we needed someone who was knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable and had our best interest in mind. Debbie truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had for a real estate agent. My husband and I relocated from Spain and we were new to home buying in the US. Debbie was professional and personal. She not only helped us search for our home, but also helped us with great tips and insights into the neighborhood and schools. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the attorneys and the home sellers. This was very helpful for us since we needed to move in 2 months. Debbie has been extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, demonstrating she understood our needs from the first houses we saw with her. She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance to anything we needed. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood her clients will live in. Very professional, experienced, and helpful agent. Highly recommend.
