Chris and I met Dawn in 1989 when she helped us buy our first home. We were young and excited but had no idea of what we were doing and she made the process a breeze. 15 years later, Dawn guided us through upsizing, and two decades after that, she helped us downsize. Over the course of 1 1/2 years, Dawn tirelessly assisted us in building our dream home, while seamlessly managing the sale of our existing home in just 4 days. Dawn's unwavering professionalism, dedication, and expertise were evident and she was there every step of the way from pre-construction to the final closing. Mike was a pleasure to work. He was very patient and took the time to explain every step of the home buying process. As a first-time buyer it was comforting to have Mike as a resource. He was always easy to get ahold of and prompt in responding to inquiries. My wife and I were buying from several states away, Mike helped manage the home buying stress so we could focus on moving the family.

Mike helped us with our first ever home purchase, and I can't imagine doing it without him. He is so knowledgable about the construction that went into every home we looked at, as well as the maintenance and repairs they would likely need. I'd recommend him to anyone, but especially first time home buyers. He is patient and made sure to point out issues that I never would have known were issues on my own, so we were able to feel confident when we did chose to put in an offer on a home. 10 out of 10, would work with Mike again.
