I have bought/sold a few houses in the past 12 years. Lisa was without a doubt the worst agent I've ever had. I didn't feel like she had my back on any part of the buying process. Lisa would disappear for days with no notice. She wouldn't return phone calls or emails during her absence. There were 2 or 3 times that I had to contact a co-worker of Lisa's to see if she knew where Lisa was or how to get a hold of her. When I finally found a house and made an offer, Lisa did arrange for the inspection to be done however, I was never told when the cut-off date was to negotiate anything. This is also when Lisa did a disappearing act again, and I missed being able to negotiate anything with the sellers or get any additional inspections to make sure the house was in good shape. I wanted in-depth inspections done on several things about the house which Lisa offered to 'take care' of for me, since it was her fault I missed the time frame. I asked Lisa for a copy of the reports, but I never received a single one from her. I don't know if any of them were really ever done, even though she said they were. The final day came, December 21st, I was to meet Lisa at my new house to get the keys from her. As I pulled up, Lisa was leaving already. She rolled down here car window and said the keys are on the inside of the screen door and she drove away. Not so professional if you ask me. I would NOT recommend this agent.

Incredibly responsive, detail oriented professional. From day one of the listing, Lisa had coordinated cleaning, landscaping, maintenance people to dress the house. Professional pictures followed within the week. Clam, collected salesperson guided through every step right through a full price offer, difficult inspection and slightly delayed closing. The best real estate pro we could have ever dreamed of.

extremely helpfull as we were not from the area and she aided with locating suport people with questions. Her experence in the industry and suggestions made the property blossom. She came highly recommended and I am confident that those recommendations came from her ability to fufull everything we asked in her, espeically since we were from out of state.

Dawn came highly recommended by a few friends and I'm so glad I went with her. She is knowledgeable and honest. She answered all my questions and I had plenty. It was my first time selling and she walked me through everything step. She was always available by phone, text or email. She's very professional and straight forward. I highly recommend her. Wonderful person.

Dawn is very knowledgeable and put forth the extra effort in a complicated sale. There is a good chance the sale would have fallen through if she did not have the experience and was willing to go above and beyond what was expected.
