I'm the buyer of 10343 Crocuslawn. This is my second investment property that i bought from David. David was great from start to finish. He is able to present off market properties and properties before they are listed on mls. He also has contacts for property managers and construction workers if the house need work. I will definitely will be doing more business with David.

I was referred to David by a real estate agent/ investor from another state when the deals in her state started drying up. David clearly communicated when he's available for calls and I've never had a problem reaching him. David is EXTREMELY knowledgeable with running numbers and being able to quickly assess if a deal is worth my time or to keep moving forward towards another opportunity. David has always been helpful when I'm running numbers on a property, even when the deal doesn't involve him. He just wants me to make a sound financial investment. For example, the real estate agent who introduced me to David had brought me a deal on a multi unit. I had some concerns with the numbers and the deal as a whole. She insisted she would have never brought me the deal if it wasn’t a good investment. David and I were catching up and I mentioned the deal. We ran the numbers and he quickly identified many problems with it. David was absolutely correct and while the deal cost me a few thousand dollars (inspection, appraisal) I saved hundreds of thousands by not purchasing it and doing a rehab. Having David with me on my journey as an investor is priceless.

I have been working with David for more than a year now and he helped me to buy my last few rentals. As a new real estate investor, it has been a blessing by having David as my realtor. He is very knowledgeable on always top of things. He helped me to walk through the process of what to look for when buying a rental unit and answer all my questions along the way. What I like most about David is his patience and his ability to respond to my questions in detail. He understood what we were looking for, and he was readily available to show us homes until we found the perfect one.
