David went the extra mile to find properties near us for price comparisons. When very few existed, he helped us set a price that was fair and marketable. He followed up on multiple offerings and helped us negotiate a sale price higher that our asking. David sat with us and lead us through the closing process with its untold number of signatures. If we move again, will hire David without hesitation.

David was awesome to work with. This was our 2nd experience with him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He kept us informed all the way through the sale of our townhouse. We originally wanted to list it for a lower price, but David's knowledge of the market convinced us to list for a higher price. Glad we listened to him!

Dave did an excellent job in assessing our townhouse for cost-effective upgrades prior to placing it on the market and guiding us in setting the sale price. We appreciated his hard work and clear, consistent and regular communication throughout the process. He was friendly; very responsive to questions; and helped us through every step of the sale process. We definitely recommend him.

I decided to list my house with Dave due to his past experience with selling in my area. After a short meeting we were able to come up with an action plan and at that point, I knew I'd made a wise decision. We were able to quickly list my home and attract the right buyer. Dave's guidance throughout the contingency period was extremely helpful even for a real estate professional such as myself. He was so helpful and nice! Showed me a nice variety of properties and always answered my questions right away and helped me out getting any info I needed for my loan. So easy to work with for a first time home buyer. Very happy!
