Daniel Simone helped us sell our condo and buy a house. He made himself available for any questions we had and was so informative and supportive during the whole process. We understood buying and selling, especially the way the market was this past year, is a difficult process. Daniel made this process as smooth as possible and guided us through both selling and buying with care and professionalism. We felt Danny was with us every step of the way and was very much involved in the process. Checking in on us and making sure we were as comfortable as we could be. Danny did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or so both at the same time.

Danny is the realtor to go to if you are looking to buy a home especially in a competitive market. We were loosing hope until we found him. His expert knowledge and experience is what finally got us beyond the offer process. We lost about 5 offers with another realtor and with just one showing with Danny we won the bid and closed on our home! We highly recommend him.

We highly recommend using Danny Simone, if you are looking to buy or sell your home. He was able to do both for us and it was a pure pleasure working with him. Although, he has several clients, he makes you feel as if you are his only one. He gives you all of his attention and always makes himself available to you. He is very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. He will not stop until you are happy and find the home that is right for you. He is truly great at what he does!

If you want to buy or sell a home, then you have come to the right place. Danny is the best there is! He is honest, extremely knowledgeable and able to keep up with today’s competitive market. He is there to guide you through every step of the way! When you find yourself in a bidding war, Danny is the agent you want on your side! He was able to secure our sale despite 10 other offers. Thanks to him we now have our forever home
