If you need an agent look no further!! Dan Malloy knows the area better than anyone. His knowledge about home construction and experience with most if not all of the builders in the area is second to none. Dan was our agent when buying our house in Avon as well as selling our rental property in Avon Lake. He was able to make recommendations based on factors we hadn't considered. He found the house of our dreams and we couldn't be happier. He is creative when negotiating offers to ensure the best possible outcome. Closing both of our properties was seamless. In addition, he went above and beyond when we were having issues with our agent in Virginia by referring an alternate agent which resulted in selling our house in 9 days. Dan also has experience with local contractors should you need reputable recommendations for any upgrades/repairs. We couldn't be happier.

There is not enough words in the dictionary to describe my experience with Dan Malloy as my realtor. From the moment I met him all the way through the final close, he was amazing to deal with. Not only did he have my home sold Day 2 after being listed, he had it sold at full list which EXCEEDED my expectations!! I have bought and listed a couple homes in my life and absolutely hated the experiences I had with prior realtors. Not only did he make the process smooth but he was on point with every step of the way. I would ONLY recommend Dan Malloy and plan to use him in the future. If you are looking for the BEST... Look no further!!! Dan Malloy is your guy!

Dan is a true professional, hard working and very knowledgeable when it comes to the local real estate market. We're so thankful we were referred to Dan, we knew immediately he was the agent we wanted to work with - and we were right. The house had an offer within days, Dan handled the details while we were out of town, handled all the negotiations professionally - so to not lose the deal. Very professional agent, and also very personable - you can't go wrong with Dan as your realtor!
