A friend I trust recommended Michelle and her team at Global Advantage to sell our condo and I'm so glad they did -- now I'm happy to pass on that recommendation to anyone looking to buy or sell in the DMV area. We had quite a complicated and lengthy real estate situation from start to finish and Michelle was there for me and my family every step of the way. She's patient, kind, responsive, flexible, and excellent at (often repeatedly) explaining all the procedures, rules, and regulations that go into the sale of a home. I felt we had a dedicated advocate and representative in her, and when we're back in the market she'll be our first call!

Dana and Michelle were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend! At one point it was looking like there might be issues with our loan. They spent extra time looking into other options in case it didn’t go through. At the closing table they caught some incorrect numbers and advocated for us to get things straightened out. We really appreciated that we could trust them, especially since we were first time home buyers. We definitely recommend them for your realty needs!

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and Dana on two separate occasions – first to buy my condo, and later to sell that very same condo. In both transactions, they provided a smooth and exceptional experience from start to finish. What really stood out was their warm yet professional approach.
