Dan knew exactly what we wanted and we bought the first place he brought us to! He was very knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. His past experience and familiarity with the floor plans proved very beneficial as well.

Dan Haber worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home. He is incredibly gifted at knowing houses before they hit the market and advocating for you as a buyer. He especially knows lakefront properties coming up early.

I know that the 5 stars across the board may sound a bit disingenuous...but its jus that their true! This is the second time that we’ve sought out Dan for his expertise. And the word expertise is used well here. He is truly an expert in his field. We were buying a new build in the Orlando area and to say that the builder was coming up short towards the end would be an understatement. My wife and I don’t operate in this space every day but gratefully Dan does. He came in strong, grounded and firm representing us every step of the way. We felt cared for and protected. I have learned you don’t just want to go with your ‘buddy that does it on the side’ when it comes to buying a home and finding a realtor. There is just too much at risk. You want someone on the ground every day that knows the ins and outs. Dan is a great guy for the job.

We loved our experience with Dan in the buying and selling process! He quickly turned into a friend and more wonderfully, a neighbor. He taught us what we needed to know and shepherded us through a pretty confusing time for a young couple. When purchasing a home long distance, he viewed homes on his camera phone and sent videos so that we could get a feel for the house- he never pushed and was able to find plenty of homes in our price range. When prepping our home to sell, he helped our photographer make it shine, and aided us in pricing it fairly. He was a treat to work with, and I know he genuinely wanted what was best for us. That's really something these days.
