I worked with Craig at the beginning of the foreclosure crisis when we were hoping to relocate back to Boston. He did a FANTASTIC job selling our home, keeping our expectations reasonable and navigating a tough market with even tougher buyers. I loved every second of working with him and would love to do it again!

My wife and I could not have asked for a better realtor in purchasing our first home. Craig is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. From start to finish, he was fully invested in helping us buy the right house for us. We felt completely supported throughout the process. I'll admit, we weren't the easiest clients to work with. We spent months just viewing houses that "weren't quite right" before we finally decided what it was that we wanted. Despite this, Craig was incredibly gracious. No matter how many houses we viewed and turned down, Craig always scheduled us prime viewings until we finally found the perfect place. I don't think any of our emails, calls, or texts went much longer than a few minutes without a response. As a realtor with nearly two decades of experience in the area, Craig has connections that make the process as smooth as possible. He was always able to recommend reliable, high quality, and reasonably priced professionals. It truly made the entire process easier than I expected. I recommend Craig to all of my closest friends. Craig is a remarkable professional, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the entire area. He was responsive, helpful in explaining specifics of every aspect of the purchasing process, and an advocate as my buyer’s agent. He lined up other professionals for estimates on work needed to be done, and gave realistic explanations for costs and timing. I have NO hesitation recommending him as an agent, and will use him again when selling, down the road.

Craig was terrific helping us sell our 1770 era farmhouse in Holyoke. His knowledge of colonial properties, and positive attitude put him far in front of other agents I interviewed. He didn't just list the house, he SOLD it on its features, history, and potential. It was a great experience from day one, always responding to every call or text, putting us at ease.
