Christy was fantastic in every way! She did everything possible to sell our home, from social media to professional photos, staging, open houses, and getting it out to all the possible listing avenues. She was very communicative and knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. Our house was sold and the entire process afterwards went smoothly. We highly recommend her without hesitation!!!

I always knew that when it came time to sell our property, we would go to Christy. I followed her on social media and saw her houses sell like hot cakes. I was around her a little bit socially since we were both parents to children the same age and at the same school for years and I saw how she conducted herself with humility, kindness, and grace. I knew she was local to the area and had a great deal of knowledge as a second-generation realtor, as her Mom is also in the business. She also runs several airbnbs, so I had already gone to her with questions over the years when we started our own. It was a no brainer to once again go to her when my husband and I decided it was time to downsize. And let me tell you, it was 100% absolutely the right decision. Our property was big and beautiful, but it had some unique challenges when it came to being sell-worthy. As my husband and I did the foot work to get our home ready to sell, we often questioned if we'd ever be able to find someone who would be willing to purchase it. Christy talked us through every scenario and encouraged us to continue to pursue selling at as a little of an expense to us as possible. Every time we got anxious, she was able to talk us down and relieve our minds that we were on the right track. She was quick to reply to texts or emails and kept us up to date on any new information that popped up. Not only did we get a full asking price offer, but we got it within just about 3 weeks of putting it on the market, something that we did not envision as possible! 45 quick days later we closed. I do not think that would have happened without the strong encouragement and help of Christy and her team helping us navigate the world of realty. She is a people-person and a problem-solver and I will never use anyone but her for any future buying or selling.

My boyfriend first sat down with Christy to go over what he was looking for and Christy asked detailed questions. She started finding homes the next day and a few days later had 5-7 houses to look at. Christy puts her clients needs and wants first to only show homes that he was looking for. He walked in one home and knew right away it was the home he was looking for. Everything went smoothly and escrow closed exactly 30 days like we were told. I would definitely recommend Christy as your realtor. She gets things done and stays on top of things.
