Christopher was truly the best. He helped set the price properly. He provided a helpful view of what was best to get the house ready to hit the market. He was dedicated to doing everything possible. He even helped us one afternoon to move some items from the house. He was professional, always timely and very insightful of the Fairfield County market, recent and appropriate comps. One broker, who represented a buyer, commented to me of how impressed she was with Christopher. We'd recommend him, very, very highly and wish him all the best!

We really couldn't have asked for more. Christopher was nothing short of amazing during our entire home searching journey. We went through a few realtors before we landed on him and we couldn't have been more pleased. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and was exactly what we needed on our home search. The market today is extremely volatile and competitive, Christopher wasn't like other realtors, he actually listened to our needs and made sure we didn't jump the gun on a house that wouldn't make us happy in the long run. We really appreciate him and his way of doing business, couldn't give a stronger recommendation!

Chris was wonderful to work with during our home buying process! We spent many weekends looking at multiple houses each, and Chris was always patient as we walked through each one. We also appreciated how honest Chris was with us about throughout our time working together, and we trusted his wisdom and advice as first-time home buyers. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Christopher. As a matter of fact, I recommended him to a new colleague moving to the area in search of housing. Christopher really listened to what we liked and didn't like. He was never pushy with us in terms of finding a house or determining a bid. This is the first realtor I worked with that truly felt "client first." He respected our interests and price points. Christopher carefully consulted with us on our bids, explaining the potential risks and gains. He was communicative, generous with his time, and definitely operated within our best interests. Even after finding a home, Christopher has helped us identify good local contractors for the minor work our new home needs. It's difficult to sound sincere in a short review, but I would hands-out recommend Christopher to anyone. And we will absolutely work with Christopher in the future.
