I hit the jackpot when I met Amy! I was on a tight timeline to buy a home in Bend and Amy jumped into action to find my family our next home. We moved from out of state and had very limited time to understand the area, choose a neighborhood, and find a house to suit our needs. Amy has superb local knowledge, never rushed or pushed an area or home, and really listened to our criteria. Not being a local, I had lots of very specific questions and Amy was up for every one of them with a can-do and happy-to-do attitude, making many trips to the properties, sharing every angle on video calls and even measuring each room by hand so I could understand the space. She is a gem of a person and made what could have been a very stressful process a really fun and exciting one! I highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a home in Bend!

Can't say enough about working with Amy. She was incredibly helpful with my sale especially considering I moved out of town while it was listed. She was able to take care of everything locally that I needed. Her attitude is phenomenal, always positive!

Amy was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the Central Oregon market and all of the amenities and pros and cons of each area we considered buying a home. While Amy is based in Bend, her experience and expertise throughout the Central Oregon region was extremely helpful. It is also clear she loves it here in central Oregon and wants to be sure her clients get what they want. My husband and I felt confident at every step of the home buying process, especially in negotiating the terms of our contract.
