Brandon did a great job getting us the house we were looking for. He was very patient (we looked at many different homes for about 5 months) When we found the house we wanted, he was there communicating and directing everything that needed to be done to get the sale done smoothly and quickly. Anytime we called with questions he always responded in minutes and had an answer. We definitely recommend using him for your own realtor.

Brandon Made Selling Our House a Breeze! He provided a deep and accurate market analysis, helped us set a price that attracted a significant amount of interest, resulting in a very good offer within weeks of listing. He then expertly guided us through getting set up for an accelerated closing, resulting in us being back down to one mortgage payment quickly!

Brandon was absolutely phenomenal throughout our entire home-buying process. From the very beginning, he was quick to respond and made sure we got into every home we wanted to see ASAP. Even though we were buying from out of state, we felt completely at ease knowing Brandon had our best interests at heart. He did thorough virtual walkthroughs with us for each home, helping us evaluate every detail as if we were there in person. Behind the scenes, Brandon was a powerhouse, constantly negotiating on our behalf and setting us up for success with each offer. When it came time to close, he was incredibly proactive, pushing the process forward and staying in daily contact with the title and mortgage companies to make sure everything was accurate and on time. It is only thanks to his diligence that we closed on schedule. Brandon went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend!
