We had a great experience working with Charlotte throughout the home buying process. She helped us negotiate an offer below the asking price and was a strong advocate for us from the very beginning. Later in the process, when an electrical panel upgrade came up, the seller initially offered a credit that wouldn’t realistically cover the cost of the work. She stepped in to renegotiate and ultimately secured an agreement for the seller to complete the electrical upgrade themselves, alongside other upgrades, using their own technicians. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how she helped answer our many questions and explain what was normal throughout the process. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone as knowledgeable as her to support and advocate for us helped ensure we were getting the best value for our money. Family members of ours have also worked with her in the past, and she has shown appreciation for our continued trust in her business. She is also a genuinely fun person to work with, which made the experience even better. Her thoughtful gifts after closing were also very kind and greatly appreciated.
