We had been using a different realtor that took us for a ride and Chad stepped in and helped getting this going. We had some miscommunications but he stepped up and was honest with us and we were able to sell my parents home and get us into a home better fit for my family.

Chad has facilitated two home purchases, He is not a typical pushy realtor. He's always ready to jump when you call to go look at homes, and is part of a team that help eachother out when they are unavailable. i got nothing bad to say about Mr. Hoppke

Chad was a great realtor to work with. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and made sure to keep us informed about everything as it was happening. This was our first home purchase and he was very helpful in explaining everything to us and how the entire process works. He even came out to the house on Thanksgiving for our inspection. He made himself available whenever we needed him. I will definitely recommend him to anybody I know that is buying a home.

Chad is one of the most knowledgeable realtors I know and is definitely the best one I've ever worked with. I was buying from out of state and he accommodated me the entire way. We also had a lot of fun shopping around and looking at homes. He found me my dream house and lot near the lake in Minnesota and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Chad made sure the entire transaction went smoothly and in fact it couldn't have gone any smoother. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy a home. He got a feel for what I liked very quickly and was able to take some homes off of our list to not waste time and he was dead on every time. You can't go wrong using his services.
