Cathy and I worked together with a mutual client of ours. I was involved in the transaction as the mortgage broker. Cathy was an absolute joy to have as a real estate agent. During these hard times of COVID-19 she made this process so simple and easy. She was very prompt with responses both phone and text, was always available for any questions that need answering, and always had our best interests in mind. Cathy is an extremely great person to work with. She would plan out many house tours within a short amount and still be able to add more houses after tours were started. She made this very stressful first time experience very easy. She would talk throught everything including items which may have become concerns including renovations. She would make herself available on short notice to work with our hectic scheuldes. She helped us fight for the dream home we fell in love with. Without her help there is no way we could have been able to get the offered accepted. Cathy also assisted us in assuring all the paperwork was in line due to me being out of the country for work at closing. I would highly recommend Cathy for buying or selling a home she will be honest and trustworthy.

Cathy worked very hard for us. She took us to a crazy amount of houses all over the place, then worked her butt of to get us the house of our dreams! She also went above and beyond to get our house sold. putting up with all of the issues that came up along the way.
