Our plans were to move from PA to FL. I searched for realtors online and read every review. We decided to call Cathy, that was the best decision we made. Cathy's years of experience really show in her work ethic and in her day to day communication. Any questions we had during the entire process from before we listed our condo to even after the closing date were answered promptly and we always felt her advice was in our best interest. You can totally trust Cathy to guide you along every step of the process in great detail. And she will always take the time to get back to you. Being in a completely different country from where our condo was being sold was really no issue at all since Cathy made all the electronic correspondence back and forth go very smoothly. She also set us up with whatever other contacts or third parties that needed to be involved in the transaction. Cathy was our agent who helped us buy the condo 10 years ago and we were so happy to have still worked with her now to sell it! Thanks Cathy!

We first used Cathy to buy our villa in 2014 and was so impressed with her that when we sadly decided to sell our villa recently due to Covid -19 she was the only person we turned to. She made the whole process so easy for us (we are based in the UK) and achieved a higher than market price. We would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Her knowledge, speed and professionalism is first class!
