I would recommend Cassie Scramlin for all of your selling and buying needs. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped us sell and buy a home. She answered every question and responded very quickly. She even went beyond what she had to. Cassie is honest, respectful and will make you feel like family. Cassie assisted my husband and I in late 2020 with purchasing our home. We gave her the specifications that we were looking for and she narrowed down our search. Due to us being in Kentucky much of our experience was virtual and phone, she excelled at this. At the last minute we had a weekend that we could come up to Michigan to look at homes. She found 2 for us to look at. We found one that we loved and she assisted us with the offer. She always had our needs in mind. She even assisted the sellers of our future home by referring a home to their agent. This was a huge help to us and the sellers. In addition to that she has remained in contact and is always helpful. She is an amazing person which makes her an amazing agent.

Cassie is an excellent choice for a realtor. No one is going to work harder. She is patient and understanding and will make sure you find the best house for you. I really appreciated her strength as a person to help keep us from being pushed around during negotiations. She is very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail during walkthroughs. Highly recommend Cassie.
