Casey did an outstanding job helping my family and I find our first house. She is extremely knowledgeable of the entire process from star to end. She even helped me get, for example, an electrical quote to upgrade the service to the house after closing. Also during the housing tours, she would point out any problems/concerns that she saw. I would highly recommend Casey for anyone looking for a realtor on their next home purchase. I will be using her in the future for selling/buying my next house.

Casey has helped our family purchase our first home! She made the crazy buying experience easy for new home buyers. We are a no nonsense couple and she helped deal with the “games” of buying and selling. Now she has helped us find our second home and sell our first home! Double the headache you’d think but Casey took care of all the extra components of this journey. We hope the buyers of our first house are enjoy their new home as much as we are enjoying our new home! We couldn’t have done it without Casey!

Casey was extremely helpful through our process! We had to deal with some difficulties with previous closing companies on the property we sold as well as some differences with the buyers and we felt like she advocated for us the whole way through! And she had no problem taking care of as much as she could so we didn’t have to do anything! This was our second time as customers of hers and both times it was a great experience!

Casey was always available and responsive. She took our lists and had us looking at homes in order of their distance from us on the same day twice. She is knowledgeable and fun to work with during a stressful process. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the area. We had one closing fall through on a home in which the seller would not allow us to follow up on major potential issues with the sewer line and furnace found during the inspection. Though the purchase fell through, Casey drove to town and we found a new house by the end of the day. We've now moved into the second house and absolutely love it. Casey was present for both of our inspections and always returned our messages quickly with helpful advice and guidance. As a first-time home-buyer, that made staying organized much easier.
