Jessica did an amazing job for us. She helped us to both sell our old house and purchase our new one too! She is very detail oriented and kept everything on track. She handled professional photos of our prior house and keeping on the builder for the new one to make sure we could move in on time. Thanks!

Jessica was kind, informative, knowledgeable, and thorough as we searched for a home. We decided on purchasing a brand new build and she facilitated info between the builder and us seamlessly, we were never left in the dark and she continues to check in with us after closing! We met Briley through our builder Birch Co and decided to use her to sell our home before building and we are so glad we did!! Not only did she help us handle the transition to our new home with ease, but she also did an amazing job when our first offer fell through, she acted quick and helped us get a new offer the very next day! She’s one of the best and we can’t recommend her enough!!
