We were recommended to Carla by a family member. We could have easily picked a couple of other realtors. We are glad that we had Carla handle the sale of our house of 32 years! She advised us on the correct sales amount and to do a coming soon sale, which gave the opportunity for the buyers to know the house was for sale a few days ahead of time. We had about 30 buyers look at our house, then had 16 offers. We were able to offer our house to a qualified buyer. The sale of our house was worry free with Carla, which was very important to us with the complications of moving out of state. We are happy for the buyers and hope that they enjoy their new home as we did!

Not only was she extremely responsive, Carla connected me with my mortgage originator, inspectors and almost everyone I worked with for my first real estate transaction. Her office is lively and inviting, and all in all was a pleasurable experience despite how stressful the process can be.
