Carla is a true Real Estate Rockstar! She listed my house fast, had multiple offers right away and closed in a month regardless some obscure human obstacles. She kept us updated daily and handled all paperwork, inspection and any last minute hurdles so we didn't have to worry. Carla did such a great job helping us sell and buy a home back in 2014 that we used her again to sell our house in 2025. She is extremely knowledgeable and accessible and as a result, we were able to sell our house in basically a weekend.

Carla did a great job. She did the recent sales comparison and reviewed pricing strategies. She made sure that the home inspection was limited to certain items like foundation. She was very organized and helped to monitor the open house and the buyers agents. House was under contract in 7 days.
