    If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated and responsive agent to help you buy or sell a home on the Outer Banks, look no further than Cameron. We had a particularly challenging 1950's property we wanted to sell, and having followed her many prior successes with older properties along the beach road, we knew we wanted to work with her. She proved to be an experienced resource for quality referrals and fair prices for the various repairs needed to get the house ready for what she knew would be the best possible market position. We're talking structural repairs, plumbing projects, hauling and handy man services. She was a pleasure to work with, helped us prioritize the work and in a few short weeks it was ready to sell. This lady really is the best!

    Knowledgeable, personable, punctual — Cameron made it easy to purchase our second home. She always had an answer for us and if she didn’t she got back to us with one — in minutes! Everything was organized and stress free. She’s a great realtor and great person to work with.

    If you looking to buy or sell, Cameron is who you want on the Outer Banks. She helped us buy and three years later sell, and she was great both times. She's is super quick to respond, communicates clearly, always makes herself available, and is not afraid to be honest, especially when you need it the most. We asked if she would fly to Texas to help us buy again, and we we were only half joking.

    We have owned our beach house for over 20 years. In the early years, we came down to Outer Banks, NC a lot, one week each summer and many weekend trips off season. Now both our kids have grown up and live away, they do not get excited as an idea to come to OBX anymore. On the other hand, we started to explore the other portion of the world years ago. We travel often and have our footprints left on all seven continents. Recently, Realty in the vacation home market turned in the correct direction and is finally a seller’s market after years of slow growth. In the beginning of May 2024, we made the decision – it was the time to sell. As this is our first experience selling a house, we really did not know what to expect from a realtor. Our goal was to sell our house at a reasonable price in a brief period. We did not know any realtor (except our buyer agent 20 years earlier, he already retired) nor do we know the market of OBX. We really did not know where to start to find an experienced realtor. Fortunately, Cameron M. Griggs’s flier came just in time. We were impressed with her record: Top 2% of all CB agents Worldwide in 2022; most Kitty Hawk oceanside sales of any other agent in the past 5 years; Highest sales price for a Kitty Hawk oceanfront in history; Highest sales price for a Kitty Hawk semi-oceanfront home when sold. In May, we made a call to Ms. Griggs and got a prompt reply and a brief introduction. In the conversations we detected her genuineness and professionalism. Then the decision to go with her was an easy one. Our experience has proved that Ms. Griggs is an experienced realtor who takes care of her customers well. She is patient and considerate, has rich realty market knowledge; provides timing response to her customers’ inquiries and make-sense advices, and help customers to make strategic decisions. Ms. Griggs’s professionalism, her commitment to her customers, her knowledge of the realty market, her experience, timely responses to our requests and inquiries, her easy-going working style, effective communication and negotiating skills, flexibility, and much more are what we value and appreciated. Now the selling has been completed successfully. We have one advice for Ms. Griggs to consider for her future business - ensure first-time sellers are aware of closing cost, especially taxes associated with Deed.
