Where do I start? By far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. We started this journey a year ago, and he stuck with us and went above and beyond for us to make our dream come true. Over the past year, he kept in touch with us and truly cared about us. We looked at houses from Pollock Pines, CA, to Sonora, and he accompanied us no matter how far we went. He even toured a home for us and FaceTimed us when we couldn't visit in person to see it. His professionalism shone through above everyone else during and after the sale. We consider him a friend and family now. When we found our dream home he guided us on how to make the best offer we could afford, and we got the house. He followed the sale through escrow and made sure everything was in order. He also uses a GREAT escrow company that kept in touch with us and followed the sale of our home so they could close one day apart. He worked nonstop for us, and we can never thank him enough. If you are looking to buy or sell, Eric Berke is the man for you. He is fun, ethical, and you won't be disappointed.

Callie was amazing to work with she helped my father who is elderly and having health issues through the process of selling a piece of land, he owned for many years and loved. She was very compassionate, took her time explaining everything to him and made him feel absolute comfortable with the process.. She also went above and beyond knowing my father wanted to sell it quickly. She was even willing to help show the property for buyer agents. She is absolutely a dream to work with, and I highly recommend.
