We worked with Eric twice in the last year - the first time we realized we weren't quite ready to buy a house, and the second time we found our dream home. Eric was understanding of the emotions experienced by first time home buyers, and supported us through the process with effective guidance. He went above and beyond at every opportunity and was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. When we found homes we were interested in, he was often able to get us a viewing within 24 hours at any time of the day. He also leveraged his close relationships with his preferred broker and title company to get us into a home quicker than we believed was possible (though we had already had our loan lined up for a different home, it was only 16 days from first viewing to getting the keys).
