Bryn and his team were extremely knowledgeable regarding the real estate process as well as market. Having an agent with a long corporate history in the market and the willingness to share it candidly is invaluable. Bryn was always more interested in finding the right deal for me rather than the most profitable opportunity for him. He would often steer me away from overpriced opportunities, always having the search for the best deal in mind.

Bryn has represented my family in four South Bay real estate transactions over the past 15 years and we would never consider using another realtor. He has demonstrated professionalism, patience and wisdom while adding tremendous value to each transaction. Bryn and I meet about 15 years ago. He has represented me as both a seller and a buyer. We’ve worked together on 8+ transactions. As a seller on each transaction Bryn always set the high watermark for the highest sale price for similar type products. As a buyer for each transaction we competed against multiple buyers and ultimately won the property. Other times he wisely steered me away from properties that didn’t align with my goals….thank you.
