Rented a home from them for 1 month summer of 2023. Hoese was a disaster - skunks livimg under shed (agent couldn't/wouldn't help get service to remove) birds nesting in and under siding, section of metal roof blowing up in wind, bugs all over laundry room, etc. I requested some sort of rent credit or reduction. Got nothing, other than got reimbursed for the skunk removal servive I hired. Agent seemed o do nothing on my behalf.
