Brian allowed us to spend sufficient time to look at a house. We were prepared to make an offer but both my wife and myself experienced headaches which usually means exposure to mold. Brian was representing the seller so he really made no effort to explain a terrible smell that permeated the house. We thought he provided us the time to make a decision that was in our best interest. We would certainly contact him if we needed a realtor.
