Brian was a great real estate agent. He was patient (my search for a home took more than 6 months), available at all times, knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and very well-prepared for everything that came up. I was impressed that Brian was willing to put my finances ahead of his own--when asking for concessions, Brian recommended that we ask for a reduction in the purchase price because it would lower my taxes, even though that would reduce his own commission. I have nothing but good things to say about Brian, and encourage you to get in touch with him if you are interested in buying a home.

I've been involved in previous purchases and have found that Brian is second to none. He's there every time his phone rings, is asked a question that requires a quick answer, or has to do something to ensure you're covered throughout the transaction. He stays on every problem until it's solved. In short-don't use anyone else!

Brian was outstanding. Throughout the entire home-buying process he was professional, communicative, and extremely helpful. Anything I had questions about he went above and beyond. He was also completely candid regarding important steps along the way, such as the bidding process. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't imagine getting through the process without Brian.

I worked with Brian in buying my first home. He was very patient with me as questions/concerns were coming up in the process. I even had questions that were coming in from my family and he answered those too! He is definitely someone you want to work with in buying a home, if he doesn't know the answer he will reach out to the Sellers and get it for you. I would definitely work with Brian again if I ever decide that I want to buy another home.
